ReadySight Mobility

ReadySight robot navigates rocks, rugs and all sorts of indoor and outdoor terrain.

We knew we wanted the ReadySight™ robot to be small enough to be portable, so that it can be carried every day. We also knew that it was going to be put up against obstacles that we couldn’t predict and that was a problem.

Some very smart people did a lot of math and came up with a design that could get the job done.

The ReadySight robot is incredibly dynamic. Nearly the entire body of the robot moves when it’s in motion, this makes it difficult for it to get hung up on objects so it can stay on the move.

The tires are wide to aid in traction and the tapered paddles pull double duty, helping ReadySight robots dig into terrain and absorbing the shock from drops and throws. It’s also quick, moving at a quick walking pace.

So ReadySight robots are agile, but how strong are they?

High torque motors allow ReadySight robots to lift itself up over terrain it wouldn’t otherwise be able to just roll over.

Every part of our ReadySight robots, from the incredible technology packed within its frame, to the very design of its body was designed with one thought in mind. How can what we build help professionals with dangerous jobs do those jobs better, and safer.

Our mission has been built into our products.
